Modern transformations of memoir space: General and local measurements

Abstract: Changes in the modern memorial space that are taking place against the backdrop of the latest oral history practices in DH are considered. It is noted that theuse of the method of oral historical interviews has led to the active developmentof the memoir genre – memories – interviews that received a “new breath” in DH.The result was the creation of a large number of historical and memoirs, which are presented in the national space, both in traditional publishing formats and thelatest digital projects at the general and local levels. It is noted that in the conditions of the information society, memoirs develop in two planes. On the one hand, this is a transformation/change in the genres and presentation formats of memoirs, which was embodied in the active creation and development of digital projects based on memories – interviews (audio, video, transcribed text), on the other hand,this is a further evolution of memoirs, which is displayed in the further development of the genres in classical printed form, already known and tested over many centuries. Given the requirements of the time, genres and presentation formats of memoirs caused by dramatic changes in the discourses of humanities in DH are issued as a more effective model in terms of conveying the "finished product" (memoirs) to a potential user. In practice, these two areas are combined and complement each other. The prospect is seen in the active implementation of memoirs in the researc hand national information space in the genre of memories – interviews on the history of Ukraine. 19th century as an exclusive material in which historical eventsand contexts are presented through personal experience in projection past – present – future. Researchers are faced with the task of developing methods and techniques for collecting and analyzing interviews so that their further interpretation in scientific research is representative and adequate. Analysis of the presentationof memoirs in general and local dimensions demonstrates the active developmentand effectiveness of introducing new and classical forms and formats of memoirsin general and local projects, the effectiveness of which increases with the involvement of public initiatives.
