Gorbatuk M. V. Ivan Franko and Lesya Ukrainka in literature, public affairs and everyday life.Section: History and culture in the light of biographics Abstract: The article views the history of relations between Ivan Franko and Lesya Ukrainka. In particular, in the article Francos and Cosachs family contacts were traced, the Franco’s infl uence on the Lesya Ukrainka’s formation as a writer was determined, moreover their literary cooperation was analysed. Special attention was paid to mutual infl uence of Ivan Franko and Lesya Ukrainka in the sphere of political and social activity.
