Lyashko S. N. The notion of “Scientific Biography” in the theory and practice of historical and biographical research.Abstract: The work considers the use of the term “scienti c biography” in historical and biographical research in Ukraine in historical, theoretical and practical contexts. Today, the term is used as a de nition of a scientist’s or scholar’s biography or as a set of means and methods to organize knowledge in an integrated system, which is a person’s biography, irrespective of the sphere of activity.
