Abstract: Mykhaylo Mykhaylovych Mohylyansky (1873–1942) — a lawyer, essaywriter, critic, writer, theorist of literature, public and political figure. This article is analyzes publications and appearances M. M. Mohylyansky dedicated to mainly anniversary of Taras Shevchenko. A methodological research tool is the theory of collective memory.
