Scientific centres of Ukraine of the early twentieth century as a prerequisite for virtual academic communities

Section: Resources of biographical data about the Ukrainian revolution (1917–1921)

Abstract: The main tendencies of the development and functioning of scientific communities in the early twentieth century are described. The communication processes laid down in the principles of interaction between scientific partnerships and state structures are a valuable material for researchers of virtual scientific communities of the ХХІ century.
