The figure of Yu. Yu. Kondufor in the context of the development of historical science in the twentieth century in Ukraine (on the materials of the personal archival fond)

Abstract: Today, the study of biographies of scientists and their contribution to the development of the Ukrainian science and culture is one of the important areas of scientific research. The article deals with Yu. Yu. Kondufor’s personal fond of the Institute of Archival Studies of VNLU, describing the archival documents that are stored therein. Documents from the personal fond greatly supplement existing information about Yu.Yu. Kondufor. Based on the materials from the personal archival fond the life path and scientific activity of the scientist-historian, the academician of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR Yu. Yu. Kondufor are studied in the article. His contribution to the development of historical science is highlighted.
